All reservations can only be done by calling 0910 661 5613 talking to JR or Engr. Doria. All unconfirmed reservations(without down payment) of 50% or in full ) will be good for two banking days only. To confirm or to finalized ones reservations, a scanned copy must be received by us within the two(2) banking days grace period. Otherwise the reservations is null & void, meaning to say reservations after the two banking days grace period is no longer in place with Wild Rose Beach Inn.
Procedures or steps & instructions on how to pay the down payment can be viewed on”page/folder entitled ” Room & Amenities”. A scanned copy of the bank receipt with the following information : date & time deposited, transaction number; & amount should be received by us on time. If no access for a scanner just email to us all information stated on the receipt -the date your reservation, number of people to come stay at this resort, Room name (eg. room MNOP) assigned for you & of course the amount deposited.
Agencies have to pay in full the prescribed rates in two banking days grace period from the date of verbal reservation was made. Otherwise it also becomes NULL & VOID.
